Ignite the Journey: Empowering New RJA Educators

I graduated from UCI with a Bachelors in Computer Science.  I served as Project Manager at a furniture manufacturing company and helped to grow the business from 10M to 50M in a little over 5 years.  From there I moved into education where I was able to utilize the my Project Management skills combined with my need to make processes more efficient.  I have over 20 years of Project Management and over a decade of Educational knowledge that spans from Academics to IT to Compliance to Systems Management.  However, I'm still learning and the best part is when I learn something I really should have known in year 1 which was many many many years ago.
